Smoothie Bowls

Love my smoothie bowls and they're ready in 5 minutes! 💜 They're all Good Food Real Results smoothie bowls and are perfectly balanced with a slice of toast or 1/2c of yams. AND, be sure to try cooked Yams IN your smoothies, seriously! It's DELISH. The base of my smoothie bowls is:

  • 1 to 1.5c of frozen fruit - When I don't have my own fruit in the freezer I love the Mixed Berries from Costco.

  • 1 scoop Epicure's Vegan Protein Powder

  • 1/2 c Cashew Milk (more as needed)

  • 1 tsp Potato Starch (optional - it's a resistant starch & great for a healthy bowel)

  • Splash of Vanilla, dash of salt (yes, seriously, it enhances the flavor)
