Love my smoothie bowls and they're ready in 5 minutes! 💜 They're all Good Food Real Results smoothie bowls and are perfectly balanced with a slice of toast or 1/2c of yams. AND, be sure to try cooked Yams IN your smoothies, seriously! It's DELISH. The base of my smoothie bowls is:
1 to 1.5c of frozen fruit - When I don't have my own fruit in the freezer I love the Mixed Berries from Costco.
1 scoop Epicure's Vegan Protein Powder
1/2 c Cashew Milk (more as needed)
1 tsp Potato Starch (optional - it's a resistant starch & great for a healthy bowel)
Splash of Vanilla, dash of salt (yes, seriously, it enhances the flavor)
For toppers I love:
Epicure Cocoa Crunch Topper and/or Epicure Tutti Fruity Topper
Pumpkin Seeds - high in Iron and are my healthy fat
Flowers - Don't these Johnny Jump Ups (wild pansies) & Borage flowers look fantastic?
Golden Pearls - delicious yellow fruits that grow abundantly and are loaded with antioxidants
Haskap, often called Honey Berries. They're like blueberries sassy cousin - a hardy plant that is happy in zones 4-7 and loaded with antioxidants
