Easy-peasy GFRR lettuce wraps!
1lb ground meat, add a splash of soy sauce (or gluten free alternative such as Braggs) and a Tbsp of Epicure Asian, Teriyaki or Yakitori. Cook in large steamer for 5 mins. Whip up some amazing Sesame Ginger dressing and pour it over some coleslaw and rice/ Quinoa. Pile it all on your lettuce leaf and devour! For added veggies, I’m having Green Beans and Orange peppers with Cheese Chive & Bacon dip.
