Corn Salsa - 5 quick ingredients, ready in minutes!

A great way to use up Garden Produce & another use for your Good Mexican Meal Kit! I featured this at my customer launch and it was a huge hit with many requests for the recipe.



Combine these 5 ingredients & devour.

  • 2 Cups Corn Kernels (if using Frozen, cook 3-4mins in steamer)

  • 1 cup Mixed Cucumber and Red Bell Peppers

  • 2 Tbsp Epicure Guacamole Seasoning

  • Juice of 1 lime, get the most juice out using our Citrus Press!

To Perfectly Balance for Good Food Real Results using BYOD as a guide:

1/2 -1 cup of this would be your grain portion!

Add: a portion of protein (ie, 1 cup chick peas or 1/2 c of chicken/a small breast / a thigh)

Add: 2-3 cups of veggies with dressing, sauce or simply roasted/steamed
