Supper! The only things not harvested within 100’ of my kitchen was the corn - that’s still growing - and the lime. 🙂
💜Butterflied Mojo Chicken finished with a squeeze of fresh lime. 💜Assorted Greens, not a boring tasteless pile of lettuce. Not on my plate! Ruby Mizuna, Corn Salad, Arugula, Pac Choy & whatever was included in my Mesclun Mix. 🙂 💜Cucumber is a Tyria. The cats harvested the first two from the greenhouse. 🤦🏻♀️ 💜Dressed with Turmeric Goddess Dressing... Sooo Good!

a portion of protein (ie, 1 cup chick peas or 1/2 c of chicken)
a portion of grain/starch (1/2 c rice, corn, yam, etc)
Your Healthy Fat is taken care of, add 1.5 -2 cups more veggies
