Beet and Goat Cheese Tower

Simple and easy and the kids were fighting over them! This is on the table in mere minutes.

Ingredients

• 1 Golden Beet

• 2 Regular Beets

• Goat Cheese

• Epicure's Montreal Steak Spice (seasonal)

Method

• Peel and slice beets.

• Pop into your Epicure multipurpose Steamer & microwave 4 minutes.

• Soften goat cheese 10 seconds in microwave.

• Layer beets and slather on goat cheese.

• Sprinkle Montreal Steak spice on top.

Devour.
