I served this savory, sweet & tangy salad alongside my Glazed Mahi Mahi 3 big handfuls of fresh spinach 1/2 each red and yellow roasted peppers, diced a Tbsp or two of your fav vinaigrette dressing Crumbled Goat Cheese a little bit of toasted sunflower seeds Layer and devour!
