Crispy Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Slice your potatoes on your Epicure slicer or a Mandolin if you have one. You need thin even pieces Melt 2 Tbsp of Butter, add in 5 garlic cloves. Coat your Cookie Sheet with Parchment paper. Even my oven is glowing with the idea of Roasted Veggies for supper! It’s finally cool enough to cook that. Season with SPG and bake at 410 degrees for 35 minutes.
