Spinach & Roasted Pepper Salad, www.danakayal.comI served this savory, sweet & tangy salad alongside my Glazed Mahi Mahi 3 big handfuls of fresh spinach 1/2 each red and yellow roasted peppers, diced a Tbsp or two of your fav vinaigrette dressing Crumbled Goat Cheese a little bit of toasted sunflower seeds Layer and devour!

Nutterly Good MousseI had 1/2 cup of Coconut Cream left my my 2 batches of Chocolate Mousse and was craving something not too sweet. 1/2 cup Coconut Cream (Chilled) 1/4 cup Almond Butter 1 tsp Honey 1/2 tsp Epicure’s Vanilla 1/8 tsp Epicure’s Cinnamon Combine well, chill if needed.
