Crispy Roasted Garlic Potatoes

IMG_0460Slice your potatoes on your Epicure slicer or a Mandolin if you have one. You need thin even pieces. Melt 2 Tbsp of Butter, add in 5 garlic cloves. Tonight was my cheat meal & this was my dessert 1 cup cream cheese, 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1T real Maple Syrup 2 cups fruit, 1tsp Coconut Lime
