Changed up my CookToLose Asian lettuce wrap leftovers for lunch today. Bed of spinach, leftover cubed yams, broccoli slaw with Sesame Ginger, my meat (see prior post), and drizzled with Paris Bistro secret sauce.

Easy peasy CookTo Lose lettuce wraps! 1lb ground meat, add a splash of soy sauce and a Tbsp of #epicure Asian, Teriyaki or Yakitori. Cook in lg steamer 5 mins Whip up some amazing Sesame Ginger dressing and pour it over some coleslaw and rice/ Quinoa. Pile it all on your lettuce leaf and devour!  Continue Reading »

Lime-Honey-Chipotle Grilled Steak Skewers
