I do 3 onions because I know my kids will gobble them down.
- 3 onions, sliced on Epicure’s slicer or on your thin setting on your mandolin (https://danakayal NULL.epicure NULL.com/en/product/1004216)
- 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar (or to cover) Costco has a fabulous ACV with the mother)
- 1.5-3 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp Quickle Sesaoning (https://danakayal NULL.epicure NULL.com/en/product/1003253)
- 1 tsp salt – So good with Herbed Garlic Salt!
Toss all together & let sit 30 mins or days! (If they last that long)
