Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Bomb!

  • 1 cup frozen cherries (I like the Costco organic ones)
  • 1 scoop Cocoa Acai (https://danakayal NULL.epicure
  • 1/2 scoop Optimum vegan protein (https://danakayal NULL.epicure blend
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1/2 banana
  • dash of vanilla

Option: replace cottage Cheese with 1/2 scoop protein powder.

Blend and devour.

Chicken Salad Bowl

How on earth can this be weightloss food? Made a delicious Good Food Real Result lunch salad today. Corn + Goat Cheese =❤ Strawberries + Goat Cheese = ❤ Corn + Berries + Goat Cheese = ❤❤ A bed of spinach, sliced cuke and slivered peppers. Topped with corn, slivered strawberries, and chicken tenders pan fried with Epicure’s Montreal Steak Spice. Drizzled Epicure’s Raspberry Vinaigrette on top and crumbled on some goat cheese.

Egg Omelet with Side Salad

Another glorious Good Food Real Result supper tonight. I’m so pleased I jumped at the opportunity to learn to cook from all food groups and to have my body feel this satiated with the perfect amounts of nutrients enhanced with vibrant flavour, all the time while shedding excess fat.

It’s amazingly brilliant! I love Epicure’s founder & her vision more with every meal!

This is a huge fluffy omelet (like eating clouds), red peppers pan fried with the new (and still secret) CC, a bed of spinach with grilled Yellow Squash seasoned with — (secret) and drizzled with Pesto Balsamic Vinaigrette!


Balsamic Spinach Salad

Sometimes you’ve just had one of those go-go days in your office and suddenly it’s 4pm… you realize you’re famished! You’re also beat to a snot. Tired, sore, aching, have a cold, or whatever it is for you…

You KNOW you need to have a heathy meal. You know you kinda don’t care when you’re that hungry and tired… Before you can eat something that would have been your ‘before’ choice…. Something you know now that will irritate your stomach or spike inflammation or interfere with your sleep or increase your arthritis pain or give you a carb high followed by a carb crash….

You compromise by deciding you’ll have a cup of cottage cheese. It’s the only ‘prepared’ healthy protein in the house. Then you see grapes, so you grab those. You feel weird now if you don’t have spinach at lunch or supper and again wonder who you’ve become while grabbing the spinach. Spinach loves my strong balsamic vinaigrette so that comes out too.

Ta-da! A pretty balanced and tasty 1minute ‘meal’

-Two cups spinach
-1 cup of cottage cheese, add 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, a tap or two of your fav spice
-handful of seedless grapes
-Epicure’s Balsamic Dressing with double balsamic vinegar to oil. – Use sparingly!Balsamic Spinach Salad

Spicy Chicken Salad

Tonight’s supper is a Good Food Real Result spicy chicken salad.

A bed of spinach – no surprise since I’m addicted!
A handful of corn – my fav starch!
Slivered zucchini from my garden – the ceramic slicer is perfect!
Spicy Tomato Salsa – a lg handful of cherry tomatoes, diced + juice of 1/4 lime + splash of apple cider vinegar for a touch of sweet + Pico salsa + Sriracha (1/4 tsp?) + a fistful of chopped cilantro.

A handful of leftover chicken, 2 spoonfuls of feta cheese & 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt (to balance the spicy heat)

Season with Salt & Pepper.

Leave Sriracha out for a non-spicy version. spicy chicken salad
