This is a tastebuds exploding good CookToLose dinner! 8 skinless chicken legs/thighs, 4 lg carrots, 2 tbsp Bali Glow. Coat chicken in Bali Glow. Add chicken and carrots to your crockpot & cook on low 6hrs. Pull chicken out of crockpot and pull out bones. Add 1 cup of light coconut milk and check seasonings.  Continue Reading »
