Almond berry protien bowlOats dislike me so I did a variation on overnight oatmeal. 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese 1/3 cup milk. 1/3 cup cooked Quinoa. 1T chia. Omg. Eggs Benny has nothing on this Healthy yummy dish. Toast two slices of seedy bread, wilt two handfuls of spinach and place on your toast.
