BBQ Pork Loin

I needed to prep a meal that we could quick in minutes, this pork loin to the rescue!

•    1 Pork Loin, sliced thinly
•    ½ cup Olive Oil
•    2 Tbsp Lime Juice
•    2-3 Tbsp Epicure’s BBQ Rub

Combine rub, oil, and pork loin slices.  Marinade overnight.  Toss on the grill 2 minutes on each side.  Done.  Really!



BBQ Ribs

I miss BBQ sauce, so today I got myself some Agave syrup (Costco carries it) and made a tasty sauce.

I parboiled the ribs with a head of garlic, a tsp of salt and a tsp of peppercorns.  I took off lots of the fatty bits and then sprinkled them with garlic (your choice, minced or powder) and put them in a 350 oven for 20mins, about 10 mins before eating I drizzled them with my BBQ sauce.

  • 2 Tbsp Agave Nectar (can substitute honey)
  • 2 Tsp Epicure’s BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Epicure’s Salt and Pepper to taste
