• 1 can coconut milk
  • Honey to taste (we used 3 Tbsp)
  • 1 tsp Epicure’s Vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 Tbsp Berry Puree

Whisk all, cook until thickened.  Cool.  Pour into your IceCream maker and let it do it’s thing.  As it’s ready stir in your berry puree and devour!
