Easy peasy CookToLose lettuce wraps! 1lb ground meat, add a splash of soy sauce (or gluten free alternative such as Braggs) and a Tbsp of #epicure Asian, Teriyaki or Yakitori. Cook in lg steamer 5 mins
Whip up some amazing Sesame Ginger dressing and pour it over some coleslaw and rice/ Quinoa.
Pile it all on your lettuce leaf and devour!
For added veggies I’m having Green Beans and Orange peppers with Cheese Chive & Bacon dip.
