Crispy Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Slice your potatoes on your Epicure slicer or a Mandolin if you have one. You need thin even pieces.

Melt 2 Tbsp of Butter, add in 5 garlic cloves.

Coat your Cookie Sheet with Parchment paper. Lay slices in one even layer, brush lightly with garlic butter. Sprinkle with your fav seasoning and some salt. I used Maple Bacon Pepper and Epicure’s Seasoning Salt (lower in Sodium that the others). Continue adding layers of potato topped with butter.

Bake in 425 oven about 30mins until crispy on top and the bottom. Devour!
