Two variations here. I got the original online and removed some Almond Butter and put in Coconut Flour as I needed to reduce the Omega 3′s from the nuts. They were great!
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 2 eggs
- 1.25 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp Epicure Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Epicure’s Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup Epicure’s Chocolate Chips
Toss your almond butter, coconut flour and eggs into your mixer. Mix until lumps are gone and it’s silky smooth. Add in honey, vanilla, cocoa and salt. Mix well. Add baking powder and mix well. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
Pour into a greased 9×13 dish. Bake at 350 for ~30 mins. Toothpick will come out pretty clean. Cool and Devour!
