I’ve gotten even time efficient, so here’s my newest version
- 1 family pack of ground beef, minus one meal (probably about 3-4lbs of ground beef)
- 2/3 cup of Tamari, Coconut Amino’s or Braggs Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Epicure’s Meatloaf Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp anything else – I’ve used Epicure Hummus, Epicure Montreal Steak
Mix. Roll out chunks of meat between two sheets of parchment paper until about 1/4 inch thick, then peel off the parchment (I used a pastry scraper although a spatula would probably work) and lay these flattened bits on your dehydrator trays. Dehydrate on high (145) for ~6hrs. Blot off the fat that cooks out with a paper towel to make them leaner and healthier!
