Here’s my lunch today.  I have a variation of this 2-3x a week. Greens: various greens celery cucumber red cabbage cauliflower orange bell peppers Dressing: Epicure’s Italian Dressing Seasoning dash of mustard olive oil apple cider vinegar Chicken: Chicken breast fried with Epicure’s Montreal Chicken Rub and a bit of mustard

One of my favorite quick fish dinners!  Super low in calorie and really picks up the spice flavors. Sprinkle your Basa with Epicure’s Salmon and Fish rub and in this case I added a pinch of Epicure’s Cinco Pepper – Yum!
