Crispy Roasted Garlic Potatoes January 19, 2016Slice your potatoes on your Epicure slicer or a Mandolin if you have one.
You need thin even pieces
Melt 2 Tbsp of Butter, add in 5 garlic cloves.
Coat your Cookie Sheet with Parchment paper. Lay slices in one even layer,
brush lightly with garlic butter. Sprinkle with your fav seasoning and some
salt. I used Maple Bacon Pepper and Epicure’s Seasoning Salt (lower in
Sodium that the others). Continue adding layers of potato topped with
